DIP production line
DIP production line, also known as double-sided insertion line, is a kind of production line for electronic manufacturing. It is mainly used to produce double-sided PCB boards, i.e. PCB boards with components on both sides. The main workflow of this production line includes: stencil printing, placement, DIP insertion, soldering, testing, etc. In the step of stencil printing, the stencil needs to be placed on the PCB board and the solder paste on the stencil needs to be pressed onto the PCB board with a squeegee. In placement, components need to be attached to the PCB board. In DIP insertion, the components need to be inserted into the PCB board.
